To begin with this delicious cake, whisk butter and sugar till it
turns fluffy. Then crack open the
eggs and whisk
the batter till it turns foamy.
Add flour, baking powder and coconut milk and mix until they mix well. Carefully add whole milk
in
small amounts. Lastly, add in the grated coconut and mix the batter well.
Preheat the oven to 176-degree Celsius. Take a baking tray and grease it with the remaining butter. Pour
the mixture into the tray and bake it
for around 20-30 minutes. Check before removing from the oven.
